The grill is suitable for heavier meat such as pulled pork, beef brisket, pork ribs and pastrami up to a maximum of 8kg. It is a professional grill suitable for Borniak's 150 liter smokers. Please note, the rack can become very hot in the smoker, so always use oven gloves.
