The generator is large enough to produce smoke for up to 8 hours. In addition, the smoke moth can be easily covered with a lid on the generator. The GDS-01 smoke generator is equipped with a so-called 'Heater Shield', which ensures that the moisture from the products ends up on the smoldering smoke moth. This also makes it a lot safer to use.
The smoke moth passes through a spiral and is heated. Smoke is created by regulating the correct temperature. The heating element is designed in such a way that the smoldering smoke moth does not catch fire. This gives your dish the best taste properties. This ensures that the food does not turn black and that no unhealthy substances end up on it.
The smoke generator is specially made for use with Borniak smoke ovens, but can also be used for other smoke ovens, as long as it has the correct mounting. The smoke generator works on ovens with a capacity of up to 200 liters.
